5-session study looking at the life and character of Joseph

In the first “Immovable” series we took and in depth look at the life and character of Daniel whose was shaken, yet his faith was immovable!

In this new “Immovable” series we’ll be looking at the life and character of Joseph who also found himself in a strange country. In some ways Joseph’s situation was worse than Daniel’s because Daniel was captured by a foreign enemy but Joseph was betrayed by his own brothers. Also, Daniel had three friends with him in Babylon but Joseph was all alone in Egypt. Through it all Joseph trusted God in spite of betrayal, false accusations, abandonment, sexual temptation and countless other trials. He was “steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord his labor was not in vain” (1 Cor. 15:58).
